In Honor or memory
A memorial or tribute is an impactful way to honor someone special with your donation to the Putnam City Schools Foundation. These contributions can be made online or by cash or check. The Putnam City Schools Foundation will inform the honoree or family of your thoughtful gift in writing.

Friends of the Foundation
Friends are Putnam City School District faculty and staff who support the Foundation through monthly payroll deductions. Members receive a special Friends of the Foundation window cling to display.

Leo and Mary Ruth Mayfield Legacy Society
Founded in 2010, the Legacy Society was named for longtime superintendent Leo Mayfield, a guiding spirit for Putnam City Schools Foundation during years of rapid expansion, and his wife Mary Ruth, an art teacher for many years.
